We have designed our Detox Collection to stand-alone as a cleanse or compliment your current diet. Whatever your goal is along the way, we value your commitment and recognize the power in making a strong statement about your health.
No matter how you drink them, this collection's smoothies are full of powerful antioxidants, vitamins, and fibre that will leave you feeling revitalized and full of energy.
Option A: Complement your current diet/cleanse. Add one daily smoothie into your existing diet or cleanse. Subscribe on a 2-week interval.

Planning your Detox
We find that thriving during a detox comes down to proper preparation. We recommend having your first smoothie at breakfast and then one every 2 hours after that. If you can, try to pre-blend your smoothies for the day and put them in bottles. They’ll keep for a day or two, and if they separate just give them a shake. However, if you can’t pre-blend, make sure you have a blender wherever you spend your time (office, home, or otherwise). Prior to starting your cleanse, you may also want to cut out as much processed food and caffeine as possible.
During your Detox
To help curb any cravings along the way, try supplementing raw foods such as almonds or adding boosters such as chia seeds and probiotic yogurt. When it comes to your liquid, try using almond or coconut milk as a more filling alternative.
It is important to ensure that you aim to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Additionally, we recommend staying away from coffee and drinking tea as an alternative if needed.
When you’re done with your detox, it’s important not to just gorge yourself. Try re-introducing solid foods gradually over a couple days to avoid cramps and constipation. We recommend steamed of lightly sauteed vegetables and proteins such as nuts, legumes, and eggs.

Additionally, they contain other detoxifying properties that help you retain a natural glow and are high in protein and fibre to keep you full longer. We've topped up our Easy Greens with just the right amount.
Lemon: Lemons are proven to help absorb vitamins and minerals when consumed with foods high in fibre. Additionally, they're a great way to stay hydrated, which is an essential part of a successful detox. We have it in our Easy Greens and (lemon monk fruit) Kitsilano Sunrise.
