If you're training regularly, you have two crucial nutrition needs:

1. Fuel (carbohydrates, hydration, energy)

2. Recovery (high protein, anti-inflammatory, antioxidants)

With this program, you get both.

On training days: Drink one shake at least 2 hours before training (or for breakfast), and one shake 30 minutes of completing training.

On non-training days: Drink one shake for breakfast.

Assuming 3 training days per week, subscribe on a 3-week cycle.
